  For what its worth, try chopping up the raw,washed, cilantro with tomatoes,onion and some jalapeno peppers for a salsa dip. Makes the crap go down easier and enhances the flavor of your favorite brew. Don't know much about the lead poisoing except the type that comes out of a gun, but I've been casting bullets and fishing sinkers for years and have only suffered minor drain bamage. Do use a well ventilated area and aviod hand to mouth contact, (like puffing on a fag until you've washed up. I now use a respirator and gloves when working with Pb. In the States they sell these pads you put on your feet to do detox. I guess the theroy is that gravity carries the heavy metals to the lowest part of your body. Who knows? I grew up 3 miles away from a nuclear bomb factory so maybe the lead helped. Good luck to you
